I brew basically for my own enjoyment, and for the enjoyment of my friends, of course
Ales and stouts, leaning strongly to the British, and Belgian styles, although I do brew the occasional American beer, but always aim for a clear finished beer. I don't go for the hazy "cloudy" beers.
