Relatively new brewer, all grain from batch #2. I enjoy the science as well as the art and expect excellence in all brews. I am also unable to follow a recipe...like a path previously walked. I invent my own.
Update: brewed more, read more, studied, need fermentation chamber but want to keep this simple. I mow hay with a scythe, so you see my need for simplicity. I also need more time as I get to brew very infrequently.
