Extract, mostly! Just started home brewing a very short time ago, but I am definitely addicted! I look forward to moving up to bigger than one gallon batches, but right now space is so limited that I brew on my stove and ferment under my "office" desk. Having fun making 1 gallon batches from various DME and steeping grains.
I have 4 bucket fermenters (2 gallon) with spigot added by my handy dandy husband!
I have 4 1 gallon glass jugs that I ordered from Toronto Brewing.
I plan to primary ferment in buckets for 10 days, then transfer to glass for 2 weeks, then bottle for another 2 weeks.
I can keep making batch after batch this way and never have to repeat a recipe; unless it’s just that GREAT !!
