My beers are the easily drinkiable, go-to beers that I know my friends and I will enjoy. The styles trend Belgian, with Trappist ales, Belgian Wit, and Dubbels filling out the normal line-up. I love experimenting with a new grain bill, and love to take a European style and apply American ingredients to it.
