I am enjoying getting back into home brewing. Shortly after college a friend and I started to brew beer in late 80's. The pandemic gave me the prefect excuse to get back into brewing. I picked up Jeff ALworth The Beer Bible and started reading. I eventually bought a starter kit and a few extract kits from Northern Brewer and jumped back into home brewing. I have upgraded my equipment and now I am brewing all-Grains, Stouts, Brown Ales, Klosch, Lagers, IPA, and DryPAs.
I am currently working on an aged bourbon barrel porter. Just picked up my whiskey barrel I am looking forward to this new experiment.
I still have a bunch to learn but I am enjoying myself.
