Brewed shortly after college many years ago and ended in a bang (bottle bombs). Quit and started back up in the summer of 2010 with a kit and extract batch. After a year of extract, I made a mash tun and went all grain. Also, I bottled for several years before investing in kegging. Love this hobby/obsession!
Love to brew all kinds of styles and seems like I'm always trying something new. My favorites are still hoppy but like a good malt bomb like a bock, porter, or schwartzbier.
