A homebrewer since 2020, I started with extract on the kitchen stove. I then switched to BIAB. My latest move was to a propane burner outside. I will brew a recipe I find or will look at numerous recipes and build my version. I'll even look at clones for inspiration. Either way, I'm learning and having fun with each brew.
Most of my beers are pretty traditional. My personal preferences are malty brown beers. I don't add many adjuncts except for my yearly St. Nick's recipes. I have not repeated any styles yet as each new brew introduces new challenges and knowledge.
