I started over a decade ago as an extract brewer, then partial mash, then (all-grain) BIAB, and finally (all-grain) RIMS. My resume includes 20+ professional batches at 5 different breweries, 14 award-winning beers, and being on tap at 18+ locations. I brew beers all across the spectrum and my award-winning recipes include variations of North American, Belgian, German, and Czech, and sour styles.
