My Brewing:
Started as a One Gallon Brewer in november 2020. 25 brews in the first year. All grain. Now (jan 23) over 40. Stepping up with a 18 litre kettle to be able to brew 10 litre batches.
Like to learn and be experimental so I try to brew everything from lager to barleywine.
Testing new technologies and invents the equipment I need if needed.
