Started out during 1st UK national lockdown brewing one and two tin kits.
Quickly moved onto mini and partial mashing which I still love doing and have had some really exciting home made brewed beers.
Also love doing short 12 - 14 liter BIAB grain brewing. Gives me some hands on with the all grain side to brewing and with small batch brewing some great brewing experiments.
I'll brew anything I've drank globally which gives me wide range of choices.
Main style of love is a IPA.
