I currently use a small homebrew setup to make 5L batches in glass demijohns. Gas stovetop, 10-15L mash/boil pots, sieve for batch sparging, immersion cooler.
I brew mainly Belgian styles and more frequently IPAs. Mainly clones, but starting to experiment especially with the IPAs.
I culture yeast as a cost-saving measure, then use a stir plate and warm place to generate starter cultures.
