I brew in an apartment on a stove top. I use a stockpot and no fancy gear. Furthermore, I don't drink that much, so the 12L batches serve me fine. I certainly don't have a brewery name or aspirations to greatness, I like the kitchen feel of this setup.
I am working through a set of recipes:
My first one (Hazy)Bob is an IPA using nectaron and cedar to make a very approachable beer that is not overly hoppy.
Next I am working on a Pilsner recipe because it is just so crowd pleasing it is in the fermenter and close to bottling, so we shall see.
After that I am going to work through barley wine, stout, and dopplebocks.
Finally, I want to make some "small beers" for workday consumption, low alcohol versions of some classics. That at least is the plan for the next four months.
