What's up! I'm a young home brewer out of Southern Ohio, coming up in a Craft Beer world but learning everything I can!
One time I was attempting to make an IPA, royally screwed up my brew day, ended with just a regular Pale Ale but it still tasted awesome! If I can screw brew days up as bad as I did and still have something that I love, anyone can do it.
