Building a 3.5bbl Tap Room at the time. Brewing also 5gal batches as usual and for recipe improvements. My equipment reaches from SS Brewing equipment to the usual home-brew stuff.
I am German born. I learned how to brew in Europe and brew as authentic as possible - depending on laws, equipment and availability of ingredients.
Main Beers:
-Hefeweizen - clean, crisp and german
-Imperial Amber Ale - Nicely hopped with perfect bitterness, great aroma and heavily dry hopped. ( Hops: Warrior, Simcoe, Nugget, Palisade and CTZ)
-Kolsch (style) - My hardest challenge - tho i think i got it nearly spot on and enjoy it like back in cologne
-Pale Ale (citra) - Pale Ale and Crystal is the base for this nicely citra hopped Pale Ale. Citra for aroma and a heavy dry hop. Chinook for bitterness.
All beers have been brewed more than 150 times to perfection. Working on 2 more styles for the Tap room.
