My brewing experience was found by curiosity. I grew up skateboarding, getting into trouble. I had food classes in high school and my teacher let me learn how to make mead for a project.
That's the inception of my brewing and fermentation experience. My teacher saw that I wanted to learn and she setup everything for me to be able to make the project. I still value her to this day, everyone in class hated her because she was so strict and expected you to be perfect.
I learned all my homebrewing basics from a dear friend, Steve Allen. He is a great mentor and has taken me under his wing since i was 13 years old. To me beer making is special and I especially love to share the beverages that we spend our time and passion to concoct.
Cheers and be merry
