Homebrewing for a few years, off and on. Currently doing extract brews only due to my small house and micro-kitchen. I keep saying "One of these years I'll build a (insert structure here) and set my stuff up for good!" Yeah, I'll believe it when I see it.
I do "market research" weekly (buy new beer, drink it) and then come up with recipes tailored to my tastes.
