I am an Assistant Brewer at Burning Brothers Brewing, one of only 12 gluten free breweries in the United States. I Brew at home with my husband, who is Celiac, so I can test my newest recipes out on him.
My Beers:
I am currently trying to perfect a Grapefruit Ale. Results so far have been quite promising.
