I brew for funsies, enjoying the craftyness, the smell of mash, the kick of beer, friends and rock'n'roll. I use a basic single step brew-in-a-bag method to get batches of about 10-15 litres. Brewhouse is in my sauna, the best place for creation and recreation.
With about a dozen brew sessions completed I've mostly enjoyed classic ale recipes from wheat to porter and ipa to stout and something in between.
