I've been brewing for a few years and was a shift brewer for three years. After taking some time off, I'm working on dialing in my system and knocking out some solid brews.
I like a little bit of everything. I don't do many hoppy beers but I'm up for a challenge... IPA, gruit, lager, saison, whatever!
