I've been home brewing on and off since 2011. The outbreak of COVID-19 really gave me the opportunity to focus on this hobby and refine my skills. In December 2022, I finished an online craft-brewing certificate through Cornell University that focused on malt, hops, yeast, water chemistry, and scaled production.
I'm in the military so I move around a lot. This means that I really have to stay on top of the local water supply.
