You know the story, I was given a Craft a Brew beer kit (pale ale) for christmas in 2018. I was excited about it, opened it up and in all the Christmas going on, I lost the instructions. I thought I'd never get to brew the beer. I put it in the closet and almost forgot about it. Until next Christmas when we were getting out decorations. I found the instructions in one of the boxes and was brewing that night. It was a gallon kit and even though it was at least a year old, I was tickled to death with the results and was hooked.
With kits, I've brewed a pale ale, hefeweizen, white house honey ale, and an Oktoberfest.
I've brewed from my own recipies, pale ale, belgian wit, kolsch, honey porter, cream ale, and 2 IPAs. So far I've been pretty lucky. All have been drinkable, but some better than others. The Kolsch and the IPA are the favorites of those who have tried them.
