My Brewing:

Just trying to build some recipes that are delicious and unique to me. Giving credit where recipes are "stolen" (getting ideas from other recipes) but trying to add my own spin on them. Starting off slow with the SMASH technique and start innovating a little more once the base beer is perfect.
