I brew all grain 5 gallon batches, usually some kind of Ale. After doing a cost analysis when I started brewing, I realized that most of my beers were costing around $4 each, not including electricity costs or equipment, so I mostly make beers which would cost me the same amount at the store! I brew with one of my best friends and if you count the triangles in my brewery label above, you may be able to figure out one of our favorite bands. We mostly brew indoors in the winter but go outside in the summer so that we can smoke ribs at the same time.
