Started with extract...moved to partial mash....got bored of everything tasting the same from using nothing but the same DME and LMEs all the time. Moved to BIAB and all-grain (time permitting). I brew because it's fun, and it's pretty awesome that I can make something that taste good and gets you drunk!
Mainly brew American PAs, IPAs, and wheat. Regulars on cycle are the Flint River Pale Ale and any wild wheat recipe I come up with last minute.
