Started Extract/steeping grain brewing in 2009. Started kegging 2011. Went all grain in 2012 with a cheap homemade cooler mash tun and SS toilet supply line, never looked back. The switch to all grain really boosted my interest in the hobby as my extract/steeping grain beers always had that extract twang and never really tasted like real beer, just near beer. All grain makes the difference.
There is a time and a place for any type of beer.
