Brewing since about 2001. I brew more to my beer moods and to drinkability rather than to strict style.
Beers I've made that I've really enjoyed:
-Belgian Tripel aged in a fresh bourbon barrel (fantastic!)
-Irish Red with honey on Nitro (almost a Kilkenny clone with my touch on it)
-Kolsch with blueberries (so refreshing!)
-Robust Porter with Vanilla, and Maker's Mark soaked medium American oak spirals
-Pumpkin Vanilla Brown Ale (real pumpkin, spices, vanilla; Beer first, highlight of spices, not too much)
-Cherry Oatmeal Stout / also did a Peanut Butter Oatmeal stout (light beer drinkers never knew they loved dark beer!)
