Currently brew on a Brewzilla 65L in my garage brewery. Started with extract in college then took a long hiatus due to life, finally got into all grain brewing in 2013 and I haven’t stopped since.
I generally brew with the seasons so I'll have darker beers (ESB, Ambers, Dunkels) in the fall and winter, spring and sunmer time is perfect for my American Wheats, German Pils, Helles and Kölsch.
I was a huge hop head but after drinking 10 gallons of Two Hearted Ale Clone my palate was wrecked and I stepped away. No NEIPAS either they are sac religious.
