Extract brewing - w/ commercial dry yeast, local hops,
Equipment: I'm running a 15lt kettle, 20lt cooling cube (Australian method) and primary and secondary plastic fermenting buckets, Bottling into 100+ Grolsh pop tops. + a 100ml conical pyrex flask for starters.
Fermenters sit at 20 deg C constant- pitch black in basement.
