I've been home brewing for over twenty years and started out with a steel canner on the stove, using extract. I've brewed many styles of beers but typically only brew a few styles that I like now. My favorite has to be Hefeweizen, but California Common and Alt's get brewed yearly too. I now brew on a 20 gallon system, mostly Spike Brewing and Brewhardware gear, that is all electric. In my heyday I brewed 146 gallons in a year but have since calmed down a bit.
