Ive been brewing since about 2007 and started with Extracts. I moved to a cooler conversion mash tun set up and 10g batches. After a few years I built a Brutus10 Clone and made 12 gallon batches. I sold it and built a 6 gallon E-BIAB system that I use currently.
BIAB allows me to speed up my brew day and spend more time with my family.
My Beers:
I make about everything.. or at least have a recipe for it. I start out with the BCS recipe and brew it first. From there I tweak it to my process and tastes.
