Newish brewer (first session was about 2 years ago), 1/2 of a pretty awesome brewing team. I manage the recipes and he manages the processes. We both do the washing and lifting.
While we are doing extract and sort of partial mash brewing for now, we are working toward being able to do all grain brewing when the mood strikes.
We brew about once every month or 2, more in cooler weather.
I tend to favor beers that are more like a cocktail than a spritzer (I grew up in brandy country) and I like to seek out ones that are intriguing, or have interesting or unexpected twists .
Currently on a kick to make big beers inspired by baked goods.
Occasionally will make one to please friends that like a bitter brew, but it's not really my thing.
