Novice brewer. Used to brew a lot until the kids' activities took over. Now that they are fleeing the nest it is time to reacquaint myself with my lauter tun! All-Grain brewing preferred.
American PA, IPA, Rye PA, DarkIPA... well, anything PA. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Bell's Two Hearted Ale got me started.
