I have been brewing since May 2012 and am having a wonderful time perfecting this craft. I'm now a 10 year BIAB veteran and have to say I don't consider any other way of brewing. My efficiencies are normally higher than the traditional brewing method and my beers are well accepted by those who try them. I only brew low IBU beers, no IPA's or dry hopping of any kind. Good ol regular beer.
