I'm a fourth year brewer working on my 41st 5 gal brew (all-grain). Eager to learn more and delighted with this site enabling me to (legibly) record my brews. This archive covers only my all-grain brewing.
My Beers:
My beers, and their 'recipes' are all based on the recipes provided with Northern Brewers 5 gal brewing kits. All have been altered, modified (and inexpertly executed) and so, I hope, avoid any copyright issues. I get most of my supplies through NB's excellent brew supply catalog and hope they will not object to my tweaking their delicious alchemical recommendations.
