I'm a partial mash apartment brewer, which means space and equipment are always an issue. But it forces me to keep things simple, which turns out to make better beers anyway.
I like my beers to match the season, with dark beers in the winter, light beers in the summer, and everything else in between. Belgian-styles are my favorites
