I have been brewing since 2006. I prefer German styles and dark beers. I have done a few IPAs but if I want a good one, I will just go buy one. My favorite commercial breweries are Stone, Dogfish Head, Night Shift, Lord Hobo, and Boston Beer Co. (Sam Adams).
