Hi!
Homebrewing since about 2 years back with very small and unconsistent batches, but first time on Brewer's Friend to get professional! My homebrewing actually has taken me further to studies, currently I'm studying a practical brewing programme for 1,5 years, doing my last semester now. Focusing on sustainable brewing and sustainable development as my heart beats for those topics. I also like making dry, French cider!
Exciting recipes? Tips? Tricks? Anything else, hit me up! I think a tricky part is how to estimate mashing water and sparge water. How are you guys doing it?
Cheers and see you around!
APA, Espresso stout, ZA DIPA, KTH DIPA, Oatmeal stout, Weiss Bier, "Fridge cleaner brown ale", cider.
