I work for a professional brewery and love to homebrew. I am also a full time brewing student at MSU Denver in the brewing sciences program. I love to get nerdy about fermentation.
Saison is my favorite style so I will be brewing a lot of those but i like to try to keep up with trends in the market place and try to create the most accurate recipes possible.
