Professional Brewer based out of Memphis, Tennessee. Co-Found Grind City Brewing Company with two other former co-workers from a previous brewery. This profile is purely experimentation in exploring the vast natures of brewing beer. Recipes are in spec but post fermentation some additions may be added or racked for some barrel aging. And with that I may notate if that is the case. Feel free to copy, refine, or experiment in your own way with these. These are all brewed on a 1 barrel system (31 gallons) 45 gallon total pot size. I aim to liquor back to 2 barrels (62 gallons) as I have 2 1/2 barrel fermentors.
