Started 2009. Brewed partial mash until switching to BIAB in 2013 when I completely revamped equipment and system.
IPA and Russian Imperial Stout are my go-to beers. Got into sours in 2013 and began brewing them. Won't know until sometime in 2014 how they turned out.
