Nine year all-grain veteran. My system is hands on - no pumps or electric thingies. I mainly brew 10 gallon batches, though I've started to scale back to doing 5 gallons.
Too many to mention. I like Ales, mostly - Pale, Amber, Brown and a Porter here and there. Check out my clone of Full Sail Amber Ale. I'll be adding more of my previously brewed beers as I go along. I've been using the site for about a year now and finally getting around to sign up.
