Been an extract brewer for a very long time (since 2000), now that I work for Mr. Beer, I'm experimenting with all-grain and loving it.
Despite living in Tucson I grew up in Vermont and love malty, chewy beers rather than thin and dry.
I prefer full-bodied beers, from pales to stouts, but a nice dry Saison makes me happy too. I'm enjoying the juicy IPA trend, but I'm ready for something new to take its place.
