Currently extract and partial mash brewing. Welding up a 3 tier, full grain system from scratch. Also, converting my shop fridge to a four tap kegerator. I enjoy most craft beers, but would like to make an incredible imperial hazy ipa sometime soon.
IPA, Hazy IPA, Pale Ales, Lagers, Stouts, Outmeal Stouts, and Unique Ales. Currently brewing 5g Pale Ale, 1/2g trial recipe Pale ale, 5g hopped cider.
