I like to bounce around styles and "go with the (beer) flow." I like to make the recipe on the fly after coming up with a solid "base recipe" and see which malts and hops my palate finds appropriate for the intended outcome. I brew how I cook, letting the recipe build upon itself! I aim to work in the craft brewing industry so that I can be a part of a larger community that has the same goal, the brew beer that is exceptional in uniquity without sacrificing quality.
