My Brewing:
Started with fermenting foraged crab apple cider, then started brewing partial mash/extract small batches. Mostly BIAB 5 gallon batches these days.
My Beers:
The best ones so far have been Hi Nelson Saison with Hibiscus, Citra Belle Saison, Cherry Belle Saison and Scottish Samhain Pumpkin Ale.
