Started with a Mr. Beer kit in September of 1996 and from there took off. I have a 1.5 bbl system but usually brew 5gal at a time.
Just got into Lagers since I was given a used refriderator and converted it slightly to be able to ferment lagers. It takes a tad longer but well worth the effort. I also like experimenting with various adjuncts such as teas, fruits and spices.
