Started All grain brewing in November after having brewed a couple of extract batches a number of years ago, started with a coolbox mash tun, fv boiler and burco hlt and brewed for my first batch a Rauchbier which turned out surprisingly good, my second batch was a Christmas ale with all the usual xmas spices and flavourings, wasnt too nice to start with but me;lowed quite nicely after a few weeks in the bottle, Have now upgraded to Thermo Pot (38.5l) MT and a 50l stainless boil kettle.
1st batch - Rauchbier - 4.9% abv
2nd batch - Xmas Ale - 6.5 abv
