Extract Brewer,
Been working clones for 4+ years
AK Amber, Fat Tire, Dark IPA, Oatmeal Stout, Manny's, Mac and Jack's, Winter Warmer ales.
Shifting to try my own creations, mostly in the Pale Ales, Ambers, IPA, and Oktoberfest
22 oz Bottles and working towards a Kegerator for 3-4 keg system.
Hope to shift to all grain in 2-3 years.
Oktoberfest is the first of my beers
Oatmeal Pale Ale will be next of my recipes.
