(2018)brewing 10-15 gal all-grain eBIAB batches since 2015 in Korea. system based loosely on high-gravity system with diy controler build from ebrew supply.
(2012)Transitioning to all grain via gradual upgrades to my HBT Forum JKarp Countertop Brutus 20-style system. Heating power is current limitation so I am currently boiling 3.5 gal per JKarp. But I also use the full 5.5 gal batch grain bill/recipe. Thus I brew up a high gravity batch and cut to 5.5 gal with water. I call this Full grain, partial boil.
