I am inspired by Reinheitsgebot from my trips overseas. To me, less is more, simple is proper. I do all grain, grow my own hops, use water out of my well.
Although I heavily lean towards weiss beer, specifically hefewiezen, I enjoy both malty and hoppy beer.
